Whole-bird formats for cooking: flowpack trays, semi-boneless birds butterflied under vacuum, boneless birds under vacuum. And the IQF cuts — breasts, legs, lollipops — frozen piece by piece so a case works like a portion drawer. The Spanish quail line is halal, raised on 100% vegetable feed with no hormones or antibiotics, and produced under IFS Food certified standards. Packs and sizes are shown exactly as supplied.
